In the Organize tab is a 'Me' button that gave me access to what I needed. Under Adjust your photo, select Choose a file > Browse files to select an existing photo. There is an 'organize' tab in the contact-lists ribbon/tool-bar. Select Start > Settings > Accounts > Your info. Under "Change your photo", select Upload a new photo, and then browse to find and choose the image file you want to use. Turns out I was on the right track looking in the Contacts list.(You may need to scroll down.) Click the user picture on the right, then do any of the following: Select a Memoji: Click Memoji, then click the Add button to select and compose a facial image. Copy the files from your Mac to your PC using your preferred data transfer method. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Users & Groups in the sidebar. Step 2: Add your account as Exchange Create a new account with Exchange settings. Go to the top of your meeting screen and select More actions > Video effects. If anythings missing after creating your new Exchange account, well import the backup. Youll download a backup of your mail, contacts and calendar. It may take a while depending on the number of photos and your Mac’s performance. Step 1: Export your data Follow the instructions for Outlook on Mac to export the data from your POP or IMAP account. Set an output directory and click Export again to start the process. In the window that opens, choose the picture icon ( Add or change your picture) to the left of your name. Select any export options, then click Export.In the top right corner, select the picture icon ( Account manager).Under Switch accounts, click the account youd like to switch to at the bottom of. (Do not select anything on the sign-in pages other than Next and Sign in.) When prompted, confirm your identity with Two-Step Login (Duo), and then choose whether to stay signed into your Microsoft 365 account. Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the top-right corner. If you see a "Sign in" prompt, enter your IU username followed by (do this no matter what your email address is), and then, at the password prompt, enter your IU passphrase. Other users also may have to sign out and sign in again to see your new picture. To see your new picture in Microsoft Teams, you may need to sign out and then sign back in.After you modify your picture, it may take up to 24 hours for the change to appear in all applications.
